Fostering Solutions
Fostering Solutions is a leading independent fostering agency providing superb therapeutic and practical services to England and Wales. Part of National Fostering Group, they have good UK coverage and a friendly, family feel.
My work for them consisted of substantial 'information packs' that were sent out to people looking to get involved in fostering. The designs utilised a mix of photographic domestic elements (tablecloths, keys, coffee cups, phones, pens etc) alongside hand-drawn illustrative elements to encourage the documents to have a homely, organic, family feel.
These brochures also featured professional photography incorporated into the designs in a 'polaroid snapshot' style to soften the feel and tone of what is a sensitive and serious subject matter. The whole package worked perfectly as a professional document to guide prospective foster parents into their new venture, whilst remaining friendly, warm and approachable.
